Game Thread: Seattle @ Detroit - Week 4

Detroit is SUPER beat up at the moment. Starting likely their 4th+ wide receivers, Swift is out, one of their better guards is out. If Seattle's defense gets sliced and diced in this game, I'd say Clint needs to be a midseason firing. I know that's giving up at this point, but that needs to happen.

Taylor needs to be better, and this whole 2 man down wide 9 defense needs to stop. If Seattle gets torched this game on D, I want Hurtt fired.

They did bring in Sean Desai so why is Hurtt our DC? I mean Desai would have been a better option if you ask me.

Fire Hurtt and make Desai the DC. What sucks is that Hurtt brought in that BS Hybrid 3-4 and we do NOT have the personal to run a 3-4. Also Aaron Curry is one of our DE/DL coaches ( was a linebackers coach before ) .... HOW IS HE EVEN A COACH!?!?!?!?!?!

Looking at the coaching staff all I can say is yuck, We got some never have beens coaching up this team. Having quality coaches is as important as having good players! In some ways it's more important. Do they REALLY BELIEVE that some of these guys can "COACH UP" people when they couldn't even coach up themselves?

Hey I will say this that the Lions have had no problems scoring so far this season and even with guys hurt I still think they put up a ton of points. I mean they are playing one of the worst defenses in the NFL. We all know how Goff is, if he is on he will dice us up. The Front 7 needs to get in his face all game long for us to stand a chance.

The Lions Defense is just as bad but our offense ....

All I want from this season is that we move on from Pete at the end of it. Probably won't get that but that is my hope.

Yah I think Pete's time is done... his philosophy is run first and play good D, but we're not seeing either of those things.
