Gordon was not very productive while playing in NE this year. His production overall dropped more than 40% from last year. If you watch his ability to separate, it's not there at all. He used to be able to through or run past defenders and he hasn't done that at all this year. Worst of all, he's beginning to see that the incredile talent that he once had is beginning to decline and his attitude is being affected. Maybe getting a new start in Seattle will perk him up for a couple of weeks. He will have to face a couple of tough defenses in SF and LA.

But why try to tamper with what’s working at the moment.

OK....what's working? I get it....Sea is 6-2 or whatever, but they're only +12 in points differential. That right there tells me it's more smoke and mirrors...and whatever is working would eventually blow up in their face.

I was referring to the Packers.

Low risk, some reward. I still don't think he can be even close to what he was, he just isn't all there and a lot of it is mental. But very low risk so why not.

Can't really knock the move, but I expect very little to come of this. Potentially could be an impact guy but I doubt it.

Probably not a great place for him to be considering his issues with that there Mary J.
Russell throwing to Gordon ? He’ll make an impact. Be well Josh.

I haven't watched NE very much this year, do you believe the separation issues could be due to his injury? I don't expect the move to be the equivalent of landing A.J. Green, but I do think he'd offer an upgrade over David Moore and Jaron Brown.

I fucking hate it when guys I like die and go to Seattle.

Much better when they pull a Lazarus and go elsewhere, like Tate, Bennett, etc..... Hell, even Sherman and Thomas.

'Cept, I'm not.

They are the reason I first got Sunday Ticket. Being force fed Dave Krieg was bad for my health.

LOL... Even though he was a fumble waiting to happen?

Nice pick up... Low risk for Seahawks... They were #28 in the Waiver order so dropping back down to #32 with this pick up isn't going to hurt... They had a spot on the roster with us putting a player on IR yesterday so why not? He'll be our #3 or #4 option... We're already set at our #1 and #2...

I think he winds-up taking a lot of targets away from Metcalf who can only run in a straight line. I think he's better than you're giving him credit for.

He’s probably going to take snaps away for Jaron Brown which I’m a ok with

For whatever it's worth, Gordon had a bit more than 1000 yards receiving with the Pats over his 17 games there.

He did the last go around. Something seemed to be going on this time. But it isn't going to hurt Seattle to take a flyer on him.

Josh Gordon is far too talented to merely take Jaron Brown snaps. Do they even play the same position?
