Rudolph's push off actively moved the defender out of position. Seahawks player misses the shove and the defender doesn't move. Rudolph gets no flag and the Seahawks do. NFL refs suck.

It was weak, but meh. Just the way this game is anymore. No consistency from play to play with the same crew, more or less different games. It is what it is.

But yes, you are right. That 'push' didn't impact the play. The defender was already not going into the track of the ball.
