It's much more complex than that. They line up and the rb is on the left (after breaking the huddle with like 10 seconds left on the clock). Wilson examines the situation, yells a bunch of stuff at everybody, the RB goes to the right, and if they don't get a delay of game or burn a timeout for no reason, they get stuffed for the 1 yard loss.
