Eh cash out and get your 50/50 now with the assets he has (a lot given the 1st overall). In the event he never gets another contract you don't have to worry about him spending money on things that you don't care about. Plus the defense may state that because Wentz can no longer play or earn with his primary job/role, that child support (he and the wife are expecting) should be heavily reduced.

As of now she can split the assets and get a MASSIVE child support penalty for Wentz. Plus you wanna ride it out (literally) and then pay for some guy who is non-stop injured and not earning in his late 30s? Please.
