I would like to see Nebraska be given permission to play an OOC schedule in the fall. Partly because there is no way that OSU, PSU, and Michigan would not jump at doing it too (part of the reason that Nebraska would likely not be given permission to do it) and also because it would make the B10 look TERRIBLE if they were able to complete even 2/3's of the season. (the other part of why Nebraska will likely not be given permission to do it).

If I'm Nebraska, I raise a stink/complain and don't let up until football is over in the fall, but I'm not sure what ramifications that could create for them in the future. I think it could help them in recruiting as players could see that they want to showcase their players, but it could put them in the B10 doghouse for a LONG time to come.
