I had my heart set on him. Total crapshoot with both I think. The plus with Ziggy is that the Schwartz knows what he's working with, a little. I totally agree w you that Schwartz arrogance/confidence in himself had plenty to do with Ansah being the pick. Huge reason why I'm rooting for Schwartz to figure shit out and bring us back to the playoffs. I don't want to to start over with a new HC, OC, DC using players specifically hand picked to play in this Wide 9.

Too bad you aren't a Cards fan you would have been thrilled. I'm almost positive a legit article went out saying all other 31 teams had taken the Honey Badger off their board. AZ was his one and one shot w his LSU roommate and bff Patrick Peterson there to mentor him.

I honestly think Ansah, Slay, Warford looks great. Lions nailed the draft. Now let's see it translate to the field.

I had a rough time handling Ansah at the start. But then I buried my grandfather and realized the Lions came out of that April weekend a lot more talented than they went in. It's put up or get the fuck out after this season for a parties involved. Atleast the parties that don't workout and wear helmets for a living anyway.
