What is in court documents is McQueary's claim that he discussed such matters with both Bradley and Schiano. Both of them deny the claim. McQueary has (rightly, imho) been barbecued for not calling the cops at the time of the assault and making sure the kid got away safely. To my knowledge neither Bradley nor Schiano have ever been deposed. McQueary offered no evidence other than his recollection (which has changed multiple times depending on the setting in which he was asked the question).

Anyone working for Penn State during that time period is tainted as far as I'm concerned. IIRC, McQueary claimed Schiano witnessed an encounter between Sandusky and an underaged boy

As I said, McQueary claimed such. There were several victims who came forward and were paid by Penn State. None of them claimed that Schiano witnessed anything.
