Calif oranges are sweet and great to eat

Fla oranges are small and easier to smash for the juice which is about all they are good for

Nah, we're number 1 in peanuts and a variety of other crops. @Tin Man knows the numbers.
At one time, Georgia was THE leading producer of pimento peppers. Pimento cheese spread originated in Georgia, no matter what those fuckers in neighboring states claim.

Temple oranges from Temple, FL are worth eating. Get 'em while they're available (short season).

Yup. Comes down to climate. A drier climate will produce more intensely flavored fruit, a wetter climate more juice.

Ask Clemson and SCar fans. They grow more peaches in SC.

I'm glad you acknowledged this. No idea why you guys decided to call yourself the Peach State, when you make fewer, and they're not as good. Georgia could have easily become the Peanut or the Pecan State. You do those better than anyone.

But yeah, oranges are totally gayer than peaches, especially since Face/Off.

The peach emoji is used to depict a butt in digital communication. What more evidence is needed?

Peaches are much gayer than oranges.

Originally, peaches were used to connote vaginas. Even T.S. Elliot compares eating a peach to having sex with a woman. It's also why 90% of the urban dictionary definitions for peach reference vaginas. Peaches are also used to signify breasts.

50 years ago, sure. Today, not so much.

Now do the eggplant emoji.

Clams end up being ignored again.

I’ve never even seen a peach orchard, and I have lived in South Carolina and Georgia the past 20 years.
Well I ride by one every day. McLeod Farms in McBee. 650 acres of peach trees and 100 acres of other stuff. Also Titan farms is west of Columbia. They have 6200 acres.

Yeah, I find it crazy someone can supposedly have lived in SC and not seen one. Belue and Dixie Belle Farms together produce 1.5 million pounds of peaches a year. Abbott Farms is enormous in Gaffney, and they're the reason for the Peachoid featured in House of Cards. You can't miss their stores driving up I-85 (Peach Cider is unbelievably refreshing, and those stores also carry Old Blenheim Ginger Ale. That's one of the oldest ginger ales that still uses real ginger root. It's super spicy but delicious, great for a sore throat.
