I agree, i just think Bowe is a better over all receiver. I wouldn't mind taking Colston, but if they are around the same asking price i would much rather have Bowe. I have a feeling both guys will end up staying with their respective teams either from being franchised or re-signed.

I don't think it's a viable strategy to stop every drive with a punt either.

Whether strategy or not, they have 2.5 stops.

Well then we'll have to disagree on that one. My 1st goal every drive is to prevent first downs. Your chances of accomplishing that are much higher than getting a turnover. Since halfway through the second quarter the Saints have been moving almost at will.....those stops are way in the rear view mirror.

I know, but others have implied that the only difference between Stafford and Smith is that Stafford gets to throw to Megatron.

I don't believe that is the only difference. But, I feel pretty confident that if Alex Smith tossed up an underthrown bomb like that next week, with two defenders around, it is going to be an interception.

I completely disagree with that whole Megatron makes Stafford argument, but he certainly makes things possible for Stafford that guys like Smith can't even dream about without a bigtime #1 WR.
