Does anyone honestly give the Sabres a decent shot at winning this game tonight?

Players traded away, injuries still to other players, and it sounds like other players are unhappy or miserable right now.

I just have a feeling Miller is getting pulled in this game, and the Pens go on to win 6-2.

So congrats to the Pens and their fans on watching your team take one step closer to making history.

Given all the success the Pens have had against the Sabres in the past few years, including the WC & the Olympics, I would love nothing more than to see the Sabres snap their winning streak.

And that is why the Pens will win.

It has already been confirmed that Miller will get the start tonight, and Vanek is still injured.

Miller will most likely be dealt in the off-season where the demand for goalies is higher.

The last North Stars game I saw at the Met Center was Valentine's night in 1993 against the Leafs and Puppa got the win 6-5. Jon Casey was a good 20 feet outside his crease when the Leafs scored the winning goal.

This could be a trap game for the Pens...everybody just expects them to roll without Sid...I'm not so sure.

After getting past the Isles and Philly (notorious Pens streak-killers) I have trouble seeing the Pens losing to Buffalo, especially considering they seem to be at a real low point, but stranger things have happened.

Really want to see Neal / Malkin / Iginla go nuts tonight. Meanwhile looks like Kennedy will centre Kunitz / Dupuis while Sid is gone, leaving Sutter / Morrow / Cooke as the third line.

If that's how DB is constructing lines now, I think we see something like this come playoff time, assuming everyone's healthy:

Kunitz / Croz / Dupuis
Neal / Malkin / Iginla
Morrow / Sutter / Cooke
Kennedy / Vitale / Beau / Adams / Glass / Jeffrey...

Letang / Eaton
Orpik / Martin
Nisky / Murray
(Despres, Bortuzzo, Engelland...)
