Sabres suspend talks with draft pick Kassian

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The Buffalo Sabres have suspended contract talks with first-round draft pick Zack Kassian after the forward was charged with assault for allegedly punching a man at a bar in Canada.

General manager Darcy Regier says the team is in no way "abandoning" the player selected 13th overall in the NHL Draft last year. He describes Kassian as being remorseful and adds the team will continue to work with him.

They aren't going to let him go, but are happy they can most likely sign him for a lot less than before the incident.

I was drinking on Chippewa St. when I was 15. Some of the bartenders I knew would have me go out the back if the place was being checked for underage drinking.

Well, it was only a couple of bars that I knew the bartenders working them.

A lot of underage girls however are allowed in with no problem in order to get the guys to come in and spend money. You have to ID a chick before taking her home if you want to avoid all the BS.
