Ryan has all the talent and raw skill to get the job done at the big league level, but for whatever reason, he just never put the two together at the same time in Philly.

if he can get his back healed, for real, he'll be a top 2 pair guy in the NHL.. when he was healthy, he was (IMO) the flyers best 1-on-1 defender for stretches (over the course of the 3 years he was here)..

i'll be honest, i think we'll miss him in a few seasons.. the kid knows how to play defense
