Why is Curry not in the regular 3 point shootout?

Lillard and Curry have only been in the same competition together once, in 2019. Joe Harris was the winner.

I am late, but I would’ve guessed Kessler‘s team just because. I don’t know who else is on his team, but I usually pick Jazz players for the All-Star games like the dunk contest years ago. I don’t always pick them for playoffs or regular season, of course.

I would pick Curry and not because he’s a guy, but just because he practices so much and is usually successful.

Markkanen made his last 9, but fell short of the 4 way tiebreaker, at 25 points.

The 4 way tiebreaker was at 26 points (Trae Young, Karl-Anthony Towns, Tyrese Haliburton, and Damian Lillard).

Congrats to Lillard for winning the Finals. I'm glad there's a back to back champion, whoever it would have been (in any year).

The 4 way first round tiebreaker was fun.

Markkanen made 19-25 shots, but not enough extra points from the money balls and the Starry 3 point balls.

I don't like the all money ball rack anyways, nor the 3 point balls. People just sometimes get higher scores, but with less accuracy.

I watched this and the best part of the the entire weekend was the 3 point shootout/dunk contest. The NBA All Star Game is an even bigger joke than the Pro Bowl used to be.

I wish the dunk contest had less G leaguers. I was ok in past years when there was 1 G leaguer.

The dunk contest can't have 3/4 limited minutes players and G leaguers.

The contestants were good though, they all knew what they wanted to do, and executed them mostly on the first try.
