I don't know why this organization cannot see through its blind stupidity. Like I have stated before, players come to the Phillies to trash their careers or to pick up big money for being at the end of their careers. They are destroying a guy like Ruf. If they would just play the guy, he might emerge as a great player.

Amaro is never going to allow Ryno to sit Howard, for any amount of real time, to give Ruf a fair chance. Remember, Howard is his 25 million dollar mistake.

Its hilarious how they dropped him to 6th or 7th in lineup and he gets a few hits and that makes it ok to put him right back in the cleanup spot as if hes ready to go now

just embarrassing. Im sure he was crying about hitting towards bottom of lineup so they moved him back. He belongs 6th or 7th for rest of season. But management doesn't have the fucking balls to do that

jvett, I believe the numbers would be way better for Ruf if he got more at-bats but even still, they are similar and that is a testament to how good Ruf is and he makes good on the opportunities he gets even though they are sporadic at best.
