11-5 (no brady, no playoffs) in 08
9-7 (hangover) in 2002

so in 14 years 9 times they won at least 12 games. they won under 10, once.

that is dominance. 9 times in 13 years to win no less than 12 games. thats the "sustained period" i refer to. its a large sample size (i.e not just 2 years)...it surpasses a decade.

some argue thats still a dynasty. i dont believe it, but some do. that IS a level of dominance tho.

12 division titles in 14 years. 6...SIX...superbowl appearances. 4 wins. THATS dominance. still a dynasty? not to me, but to many it is.
