I'm glad he didn't except Seattle's rumored offer of highest paid QB
More of a bus driver than we all thought, for sure.So maybe he was nothing but a bus driver after all...

But it's also a lot of: 'mobile QB that made plays with his legs is now 34 and plays behind a worse O-Line'
I agree. We actually saw that he was declining halfway through the 2020 season after that whole "Let Russ Cook" thing. He started the season hot for 5 games and then was pretty mediocre other than 3 or 4 games vs. shitty defenses. I will admit that I don't think anybody saw this level of fall off though. At this point, he's worse than virtually every starter in the league. A lot of other factors in play like Hackett being Freddie Kitchens level incompetent and RBs fumbling balls but Russ has done nothing to elevate the offense. His post game pressers have become something akin to slowing down to look at a car wreck on the road. It's really hard to watch but you just can't turn away. This
There were signs last year his legs were going

A lawyer defended his client. Pete going into week 1 acting like he hated Russ makes a whole lot more sense now.A lawyer for Wilson wrote a letter to The Athletic characterizing the assertion that Wilson called for Carroll’s and Schneider’s firing as “entirely fabricated.”
