But is this really surprising. It was kind of an obvious that at least Russ’ camp said it’s either Pete or him. You can’t have an entire offseason campaign of promoting Let Russ cook and it not being an either or.

Also, if true, then I hope that Russ goes down in a ball of flames. I was hoping for a bounce back year from him now that the seahawks don't have a vested interest in the Broncos getting a high draft pick.

I'm curious as if your take is popular among Seahawks fans overall?

The guy did bring you your first title, and should have got two. But is that going to be his legacy or will it be the entitled little bitch that forced his way out?

My opinion is that the LOB and Lynch delivered us a SB and RW was on the team

Ciara changed his priorities. I got tired of his act four years ago.

I wouldn’t say Ciara did, I think his “camp” did. Most importantly his douche bag agent wants to be Scott Boras.

Wow, I've never heard of something like that. Has any player ever been given his own office? That seems completely antithetical to being a good teammate and having camaraderie. Especially for the QB.

Yep, it's not a coincidence once LOB & Lynch left and RW got a massive contract, Sea went from elite, borderline dynasty to a pretty good team but never withing striking distance of another Superbowl. Wilson was good but not at the level to carry a team, by himself, to championships.

:L This is pathetic. Sounds like the broncs deserve this fool
The blame should be placed on the Broncos FO for giving RW his own office. Now RW should have said thank you but turn it down and be with his teammates so that's on him for thinking he's better than anyone on the roster.

I agree with what you're saying but gotta give some credit to RW making plays and helping to put the team in position to make that SB run.

Especially when you have to build a very specific offense around RW for him to succeed

I’ll give him credit for keeping us very competitive after the lob. But the years we made the SB you could plug any middle of the road QB in there.
