C'mon man, the tone and tenor are set by the head coach. When you have one-third of the team being held to account and they complain to the head coach who subsequently punts away his obligation to set that tone uniformly, it creates division in the ranks. Further, if the head coach isn't willing to back his OC by demanding the same team-wide, the players will largely follow the head coach and ignore the OC.
Oh, I agree. But this isn’t the first time he has had issues with key players. He and Mahomes got into it a few times. Now it’s TMac. Screaming and belittling doesn’t necessarily make a good coach. Leaders can rule from fear or respect. Either way can work, but those that rule from fear usually don’t last long, as your subordinates eventually revolt. i do agree, however, that this team lacks discipline and that’s what EB is trying to instill. It just ain’t working.

Leaders that rule with fear have to have respect of the guys they are leading. . So if they believe EB is right and is a subject matter expert they will follow . You have to have both

3 firsts and players. wow. Thank God we didnt get him.
Wilson was never coming here and said he didn't want to come here.
Who wants to play for synder and Ron rivera?

We are lucky Rivera only had 4 years to destroy the team instead of the 5 he signed up for. To think 70% of fans wanted Rivera to stick around if he made the playoffs I a black eye on the organization and demonstrates how ignorant our fanbase has become unfortunately.

I never understood the qb coach hire and said that.
Why would you take a college coach with no proven nfl experience and have him mentor an NFL rookie?

It's not like stanford puts up a ton of points or is a recent qb factory.

EB might have blown his chance at an NFL coaching job.

He appears to be a 1 trick pony and can only get results with the chiefs.

I remember being personally told that Trent can be replaced by an average left tackle.

Rivera duped numerous fans over the past 4 years...including some here.

I hope the new front office can undo the tidal wave of roster mistakes that Rivera did.

I agree, we don't know who might be good or bad in the RR era.
