It was also about the defending AL champions being better than your shitty team
Yeah, probably...we're only on a 9-game win streak. Nothin fancy like a pennant
That's so sweet. I might mist up a bit hereIf any NY team has to win a pennant, I hope it's yours

watch the replay just once, and you will see there was no chance of a DP. If there was, he'd have been lined up differently at the bag
I race hamsters, But yeah. How's the gerbil farm?Hey Hu. Bad day at the rat races?
Lawrie has no idea where Reddick on the base paths. All he knows is he's coming into 2nd and the ball is coming to second - even if the DP is not feasible, these guys are taught to take out the SS/2B. Red Sox won tonight because Betts broke up a DP in much the same fashion. To expect Lawrie to make a determination in a split second that "hey the Royals are only going for one out, I don't need to take this guy out" is ridiculous.
The game is played at full speed not slow mo. Well expect maybe Alex Gordon. He may be at three quarters speed.
He should have seen where Escobar was and known that there was no chance at a DP.
He set up for a force, not a DP
you agree, you just cant admit it.
new to baseball, eh?
i drop alex gordon, and he puts one over a fence.
because hes killing my team, and im loaded with OFersWhy the fuck would you do that?
