I have a lot of respect for KC, but Rios is a punk. Let me guess, it must be a contract year if he's trying.

It is technically- there's a mutual (I think it's mutual, anyways) option next year I doubt gets picked up. Especially with Jorge Bonifacio, Hunter Dozier, and Gordon's impending FA (who has flip flopped back and forth if he will use his player option). I think it has more to do with the fact Rios has never played a playoff game before unless I am missing something, and wants to do so, badly.
