It wasn't as much a bet as it was a metaphorical way to call the guy crazy. For it to be a bet both sides would have to wager something.
I think it's pretty cool of him to buy the guy tix to a game for the tweet.
It wasn't a bet. It was a guarantee, one which claimed he would back up with a prize if he was wrong.
And the guy is a Falcons fan. Why be a dick to your own fans? Just have fun with it, I guarantee there are Falcon tix available.
I heard the guy was a bears fan. That's why he said he would buy him tix to a bears game.
He also never claimed what venue he would be buying him tix for. Maybe he was talking about some shit-ass high school team.
What did the guy wager in this bet?
It wasn't a bet.
White just opened his mouth (or his fingers I guess) and guaranteed a Duke win. And he was so confident in his prediction that he said he would give the guy season tix if he was wrong.
Well, being a fan of the team with Sherman on it, you sure know all well and good about open ones mouth.
That guy is cooler than Roddy.

I agree.
It would have been funny if he would have paid up and got suspended over the ordeal for gambling.
