Brock, totally agree on Hendrix being overrated. He was ahead of his time but damn, turn the gain to 11 and load up on LSD and that shit just kinda happens. He was a technically poor guitar player.

And Mustaine is a great rhythm player but not sure he's on the all-time list. Better than James but all-time best? Naaaah...

Marty Friedman is 10x better than Hammet too.

here's the difference between megadeth and metallica. megadeth is consistant. metallica hasn't released a quality album since re-load.

I like, almost love Megadeth but man, these three right here are better than everything Megadeth ever did put together.

master of puppets was my favorite. i love every song there.

ride the lightning - escape, for whom, fade to black, the rest? eh....

and justice for all was definitely not recorded the right way. that's my only gripe.

megadeth, in my opinion, is actually better now. endgame pretty much kills anything recorded in the last 10 years.

megadeth loses on the mic - james hetfield is better on vocals.

i honestly didn't give death magnetic a chance because of their BS. Lars is a complete clown with no skills whatsoever. i can't stand him.

but i'll give a whirl on youtube sometime this week. i'm not the angry metal kid i use to be lol

The Black Album was crap. Still remember where I was when I heard it. Me and my buddies were waiting for months, every day waking up and marking days off the calendar. Heard it and my whole face was numb and I was about to tear it. A true WTF moment. It's been all downhill since then.

You didn't like Ride the Lightning? The song?

"Guilty as charged, but dammit it, it ain't right! There's someone else controlling me."

James voice as perfect in that one.

I love ...And Justice for All. It's like a novel. You have to listen to it from beginning to end and trust me, I've done than hundreds and hundreds of times.

Wrigley is baseball heaven. Fenway is baseball's butthole. It's a fucking embarrassment to the game of baseball.

nothing better than fenway man. patriot's place is awesome and newer but fenway is just amazing. you don't get the same feeling at other parks.
