I used to like Roberto but then today I heard the always smart and objective PJ Stock on NHL radio today and he told me Roberto hasn't always handled himself well.
I think he was referring to his testicles

puck says he's happy with the return, but I feel compelled to point out that unless I've messed this up, the Canucks traded Cory Schneider and Roberto Luongo for Bo Horvat, Jacob Markstrom and Shawn Matthias (and retained money to make the Luongo trade earlier today).
/Something tells me if a Flames GM pulled off this type of asset management, you guys would be having a heyday.

“It feels good to feel wanted from an organization,” Luongo said of being the Panthers’ number one goalie. ” You just want to have that peace of mind that no matter what happens out there you know you’re going to have the next game. You don’t have to worry about that stuff and can just keep playing.”
He seems to like the stability and consistency of being able to play. Torts did not do that this year with him.
lmao ... because Vigneault DID give him the consistency and stability of being able to play for the 2 years prior ??????
Nope, he didn't either. I was just referring to this season and most recently. At least in Florida he doesn't have to worry about another good goalie behind him taking his starts.
Yet...
muahahahah
Who is their backup goalie now with Thomas gone? It's not Clemenson still, is it?
Dan Ellis I think he was traded for Thomas
Ahhh okay. Still don't think he has anything to worry about, but you never know.
