Renewed and Canceled TV Shows

I never got around to watching it. Got half way through the first season and never finished. Is it worth searching out at some point or not really?

It is good, not great. Worth watching, though, imho.

S1 was on broadcast CBS and just kinda hinted at the “evil” stuff and was primarily pretty light hearted. S2 was fully streaming they leaned into the dark, adult, supernatural stuff. It went pretty free with the f-bombs and the satanic, demonic stuff. It was really dark. I expect S3 to be more of the same.

Peter Scalari had a pretty big roll in S2. not sure how they will deal with his death on the show.

The article listed Magnum PI as a CW show that was cancelled. I bailed on that show mid way through the pilot, but wasn’t that a CBS show? In the H50 “universe”?

Magnum P.I. was always a CBS show. The writer just goofed (and evidently had no editor or proofreader to catch the mistake).

Great news....as never even thought a chance at more than 1 series. Just figured was one of those limited series shows.

It’s a more hunerous version of the night agent with a family dynamic of balancing work and personal stuff as a spy

It was fun for an action, spy show and had some laugh out loud moments for me

the final episode of Night Agent was shit. I don't think I will be watching season 2 of that.

NCIS has been consistently solid. The current cast isn’t as good as the original, but it is solid, nonetheless.

The show has yet to jump the shark.

But it also has survived character turnover like no other

They left a major cliffhanger for the next season…which they rarely do

They’ve really mostly kept it to its 2003 roots and didn’t make the mistake of trying to make new characters just replace their olds ones. They made them different, and in some cases very different and it’s just worked
