I think they are better then all the teams listed below them

I love my Bears and I think they are on the upswing in the long term/big pic. But right now? I don't see them as a 17th ranked team. Maybe somewhere in the lower 20's but that's about it. It's possible they'll prove me wrong as the season rolls on. Hope so, but I'm not banking on it.

I think the top 10 is pretty fair, altho it's possible, maybe even likely at some point the Giants and Seahawks fall out of it. No arguing that they've earned their rankings to date, but I'm suspicious they can maintain it over 17 games.

On paper the Bucs are better then the Steelers. I would say at this point both teams are even and better then the other teams below them.

What you have to understand that from 11 on down it's all bad teams. NFL is filled with bad teams this year. It's bad team overflow. It's also high fluctuation down there because all these bad teams are all highly inconsistent. Just when it looks like they might turn the corner they get killed by some dogshit bad team that then enters that same cycle.
