Brissett just needs to keep doing what he is doing and he'll be fine. 7 sacks in 6 games? 6.8 TD%? Colts are 7th best in the NFL in red zone offense. Good stuff.

Eh their D is still middle of the pack I'd say. They had Mahomes and Watson the last 2 weeks - tough to stop those guys. They have Miami, Pittsburgh, and Denver in their next 3 out of 4 games (Jax being the other). They'll probably be close to top 10 after that lol.

For perspective, the Chiefs defense, which everyone likes to shit on, is 20th, 11th against the pass; not counting the Denver game.

Luck is already paid for and Brissett will be wanting good $$. Luck has a much higher ceiling.
However, I think the Colts would get some good trade offers for Luck that they may take. Probably something like two 1st round picks and a 3rd.

Injuries have been a factor on defense. Now that they have Leonard back, things will improve. Hooker is due back as well. They've been a pretty good bend but don't break defense.

As a Colts fan, you can bet your bottom dollar that if Andrew comes back, it is his team. To even try to justify Jacoby over Andrew shows your lack of football knowledge. I don't care if Jacoby finishes this season with a Super Bowl win. It is Andrew's team the minute he decides he is back. Jacoby is a good not great quarterback. Andrew is an elite quarterback.

First thing, Luck is gone, end of story. As I recall when we had this big discussion after Andrew's retirement, I said Brissett will be fine. The kid can play and the Colts now have a solid line, really good RB and a top notch coach. Luck was talented and could have been great if the organization didn't wait so long to get these other things addressed. But they didn't and what's done is done. People spouting off about Luck being trash or below average really don't understand the concept of team. The guy literally had garbage around him where it mattered most. Not talking skill players here either. He tried to do too much at times as well and it got him in trouble. This team has the pieces now where it matters most as it showed in the KC game and Brissett can do the job but a healthy Luck would make them even better.
