He's been a waste in game one and slightly less of a waste today so I can't defend him too much but I think he was mostly worried about touching it up to prevent the icing there (at least I think there was going to be icing, too lazy to rewind the DVR)...

I would. These Sharks aren't the chokers that they used to be. The past few seasons have proved that (well maybe with the exception of the Anaheim series). I'm expecting a split in Detroit. Don't get me wrong I do know that the series very well could be tied after 4 games. And Detroit is going to be even better in the next couple games. I just think the Sharks will be up to the challenge.

I'm biased no question. The series is far from over. One thing's for sure if the Sharks are to advance the Red Wings are damn sure to make them earn it. These games have been awfully fun to watch so far.

The stats are closer than I thought. Every key faceoff seemed to be won by the Sharks.

Eh, you guys know the big pessimist that I am, so it shouldn't be a shocker that I have my doubts...

But anyway, what I was trying to say is that these have been close games (with one OT game) and the Sharks dominated more than Detroit so far but it's still been close..

Detroit will probably get some more calls than the Sharks in their own building and they definitely have what it takes to win a couple.
