This looks like a 6-8 win team. They can't beat a bad skins team. The coaching is terrible, especially garrett. Cowboys are playing for a tie and they had time to go for a touchdown. This is loser mentality.

On the sack fumble, the Redskins rushed only four. Kerrigan came through untouched as Dak was looking off the safety. Instead of Looney being criticized for the easy blown assignment, Cowboy fans make that play about Dak holding the ball too long and not hitting Gallup. You can say Dak held onto the ball too long all you want but the fact of the matter is Joe Looney turned his head away from Kerrigan(their best defender and pass rusher) to help block a guy that was already double teamed. If he picked up Kerrigan, Dak has all day to hit Gallup in stride for a TD.

This has been a common theme with Looney. He misses too many assignments and often it's top defenders. He can hold his own when engaged but he does not have the IQ required to play center. Collins and Connor are both out of position. How can the coaching staff not see this? Connor has the footwork to be a great RT. Collins has All Pro potential at LG. This coaching staff is a mess.

You lost me at Conner having good footwork and Collins having All Pro potential LOL

Umm Connor is the best athlete on the OL. He has the footwork to be a good RT. His problem is strength. Collins has all the makings of being a powerful, mauling All Pro LG. I don't think Connor would be great at RT, but the OL would be much better with him there and Collins being at LG dominating the left side with Smith.

I hope you are right. I only see Zack as elite right now. Conner is only a rookie and he should not be starting, but he is only a rookie and has time. Right now, I am not sold on him.

So Joe Looney caused the fumble. Dak had plenty of time to throw the ball away . Zeke is open as well.

Dak did not have "plenty of time to throw the ball away", but he did have enough time considering where he was. When you are in your end zone you need to be even more aware of not getting sacked than normal. Yeah, the DL got through quick and the OL didn't do there job, but the QB must be cognizant pre-snap that he's throwing it away if pressure comes even if it means throwing it away too early.

Just re-watched it, you are right. He had a lot of time. Issue was that Kerrigan came out of nowhere. He was caught up with TE and Dak never saw him come flying through that hole once the TE released. Looked like he could have dumped it to either Zeke or Swaim.

Now in saying that, that’s the only critical thing I said about him in that game. Yes the fumble was big, but our red zone defense and Dak gave us a reasonable chance to win that game. The run he made to score the TD was awesome.

I think one of Daks problems is confidence right now.
Which could lead to his game play problem.

He reacts too late to everything right now. By being afraid to make a mistake allows him to actually make more mistakes. Also he isnt seeing the field well right now. Lack of confidence would make him slow in progression as well.

I think the biggest problem is that Dak & Garrett exacerbate each others short comings.

That said, how do we find out who Dak really is by contract time ...that is the question.
