I'm ambivalent. Realize there is not enough talent on D but recognize that Barry doesn't seem to get the best out of what talent he does have either.

Agree, it is some of column A and some of column B.

I used to think it was all on the players, if you show and tell them what to do and they don't do it they either suck or they aren't following instructions. I am more of the mind now that some get more out of folks than others do.
