We have? I haven't seen that joke before.... Washington Potatoes. And the joke doesn't make sense anyway.

Now... according to this map Washington DC doesn't grow potatoes... so the joke really doesn't work, but I can't fault the poster for trying... clearly potato was meant to be an insult and you took offense, but I thought I'd clarify to the forum and yourself that it indeed doesn't make sense.

I never understood how KC stayed the Chiefs(as they should) and the Skins changed their name. Ridiculous

The Chiefs n Braves just issued bland short statements along the lines of we have no plans to change our name yadda yadda yadda. Though press agents n the sort.

In typical Snyder fashion he went loud n boisterous. Doing interviews himself saying shit like read my lips. The Redskins will never change their name. I'll never sell the team. Busting out fake ass polls claiming 90% of native Americans like the name n want us to keep it. Having that standard I'm a billionaire n I do what the fuck I want vibe.

Then his ass got in hot water with the whole trying to pimp Skins cheerleaders out. Secretly filming cheerleaders in the dressing room n other shit n he became a liability to the 31 other owners. Stores stopped selling ALL Redskins swag. Congress wanted investigations n that was the beginning of the end. Like so much other shit Snyder was in. He bought It upon himself.

Little Danny was an idiot. All he had to do was be reasonably quiet and honest ( something that is not in his DNA) and he would still be cashing nfl royalties and the Redskins would still be the name of the franchise.
