I wouldn't be too sure. What I like is that the Reds, Cards and Pirates play each other a shitload of games down the stretch so no team can complain they didn't have their chances. I can see the Pirates winning it if the Cards don't keep up the white-hit hitting with RISP.

In respect to the Pirates and their pitching, I think they are about to have a serious decision to make. I say that, as Jeff Locke, who had a great first half, is fading, and fading badly down the stretch. That said, they do have Wandy Rodriguez coming back from the D.L soon. So, does Locke end up getting the boot, or, does their current # 5 guy get put in the pen?

When Craig hit that slam, I turned the game off. I was pissed anyway at having to listen to Thom Brennaman doing his Joe Buck routine of worshiping the Cards and Molina. "Let's be clear here, Chris.
