But blocking a player out of bounds when a runner is on the sideline means you are only yards from the ball carrier, that is why that is not in the rule book. If you couldn’t block a defender, it would be an easy tackle

Since 2000 we played for the title in 2003, 2004, 2008 and made the playoffs in 2016, 2018. Looks pretty relevant to me. You've been in the mix twice. 05 and 09. Projecting are we?
