I'm not going to judge the class just yet as the year is far from over. It is likely to be a smaller class but they do have an great O-Line committed to this class. Overall most of the three star kids are all higher three stars and boarder line 4 star kids which is a good thing. At the end of the day it's going to be a good class they always get a good class it's just a matter of how many top tier type talents they can get, right now I would say they have 4 or 5 in that mold.

yes i agree with the Oline. We keep building the Oline. We really need some big time Dlinemen. we lose some guys this year. Yes lets hope we have a good year and some of the Top talent pass attention and then jumps on board.

We will lose some this year but it's at DT in Day and I think Tillery will replace him from the star power stand point. Then hopefully one of the other guys steps up to fill Jones shoes if he leaves. They aren't really losing any star DE's I feel that a guy like Trumbetti could fill that role.

Well JC from all the reports they did land one in Tillery haven't landed one this year but they have a lot of guys on the roster so I wouldn't panic yet.

Josh Lugg out of Pennsylvania. #24 OT 178 overall in ESPNJr 300, #14 OT 101 overall in Scout 300, #21 OT 196 overall in Rivals250, #29 OT 224 overal on 247sports with all sites rating him as a 4 star player.

we should just skip summer camps and have prayer meetings, every year, brutal. It will give you a chance to take your trip to the mountains and get ready for some football.

I'm sure everyone is using Gunnar Kiel as an example of how pro style QBs aren't used in Kelly's offense.

I don't think depth will be an issue but when you have 5 star guys in state you need to try and keep them around.

Rumor is now fact. He verballed to Tenn today.

That's too bad, Tenn really started picking up steam and they took like 3 QB's last year really makes you wonder.

Well not much news except some official visits scheduled by some big name prospects. CA LB Caleb Kelly will be visiting Dec. 11th, GA ATH Demetris Robertson is visiting against Texas, FL WR Nate Craig-Meyers is visiting against USC, and Daelin Hayes is also saying he will take an official visit.

Yeah not much to report. Practice has been closed. At least its game week coming up. I can't wait.

TE Jones is going to be a beast. He might be the best TE we had in awhile when all is said and done.

anyone nervous about opening up with Texas. i wish we had a little easier game to open up with.

Ok now that the season starts the big time recruits are starting to flock over to ND. is making up great grounds on a lot of Top players. ND has been some what quite with small name players(nothing wrong with that, look at 3 star RB Adams.) Its time for ND to get some big time players. Players that might have a chance to help us next year. Here are some names that ND now sits #1 with or at least #2.

Ath- Demetris Robertson - Chances High- 4/5 star
DE- Daelin Haynes- Chances Good
S- DJ Morgan- Chances High
S- Devin Studstill- Chances good
RB- Damian Alloway- Chances good- 4 star
RB- Melquise Stovall- Good- 4 star
CB- Donte Vaugh- Chances High- 4 star
CB- Jordan Fuller- Chances OK- 4 star
LB- Caleb Kelly- Chances OK- 5 star
LB_ Jonathan Jones- Chances OK - 4 star


I know they cant get all of these guys but even if they get 75% of these guys this class should fall in the Top 10. Overall this would be a nice class that adds depth at position of needs plus 2-4 Star power names that might make an impact from Day 1.
