This is a great pick up for ND. I know I have stated we need more 4 star and 5 star players and Im sick of these 3 star recruits well this is not one of them. This kid will move up to a 4 star when everything is said and done. He is young at 16 years old. Kid was a beast as a 16 year old. His coach has stated he is confidence if he works hard like he does now in High school that he will make it to the NFL. I think we found another Hidden Gem between him and WR Clay we found our self 2 very good players.

I cant wait for this season. Im so fired up. College game day might be in South Bend week 1. What a great way to start the season. ND is one of the Finalist. Other in the Mix Auburn vs Louisville, UCLA vs Virgina, Arizona St vs Texas AM.

Not being a homer but I cant see how they don't pick up. only other one I really see is Auburn and Louisville.

The other three options are as boring as s % ^ t. Maybe Auburn and Louisville, but even that is not a compelling game. I would think Az St. v. A & M might be there too, but again, not a head to head of traditional powers.

ESPN now rate Adetokunbo Ogundeji rated as a three star after committing to Notre Dame. He's a solid prospect that won't see the field probably until his Junior year of college unless he develops a lot more in high school than I expect he will.

In other news, Josh Atkinson will play his 5th year at Asuza Pacific. So roster issues sorting out, but we're losing depth at positions that can't spare any.

Atkinson was never going to stay so it isn't really a loss. They also have Russell, Luke, Butler, Farley and Watkins that have been in the program and Coleman, White and Crawford coming in. A loss at Safety would be worse than CB.

With all the construction going on around the stadium, they might have a hard time finding a good spot to set up. Especially since its the first game of the year. It will be interesting to see how the construction will impact traffic and the crowd.

The Clemson crowd will be crazy for our game there. Since they've only done gameday there 3 times, it might make sense to do it there for the ND game. This will be a wild game time atmosphere and hopefully the experience of the team will be a big benefit. Hopefully Zaire isn't prone to getting rattled. (he didn't against LSU in Nashville).

Michigan State were showing interest but his recruiting only really picked up lately and they landed Robertson and King so they had no need to offer.

Yeah I think its going to come down to if ND campus is ready for Game day like someone said. Under construction right now.

The construction going on at the stadium is pretty contained and shouldn't/wouldn't have any real bearing on where CGD would probably set up stage.
