Nothing wrong with landing the top TE in 2017 just have to keep him but at least it's TE which Notre Dame are known for putting in the NFL.

I don't know how they rank these guys. u look at his stats and they are not great. Im not saying he isn't good just wondering how they rank.

I'm guessing summer camps and 7 on 7 tournaments. Also with the offense his high school might run those could be good numbers.

most sites have Perry as a 3 star but ESPN ranks him as a 4 star.

ND lands another Big recruit on the Oline. 4 star 2016 Boudreax. Man our Oline is going to be good for the next few years. We been hitting home runs on the Oline. last 2-3 years we have landed 7 4star and 2 5 star players. WOW(something like that).

I love our O-line. Even if Stanley had gone to the nfl, I think we would have had a top five group.

Very excited for the offense over the next few yrs. Should be able to drop some points on people. It all starts with the OL, and man do these guys seem like some tough SOB, well on paper....see what happens on the field.

It's a great pick up for Notre Dame and rounds out the O-Line class unless they are taking one more to compensate for last years being a small class. They really need some D-Lineman now specifically DE.

yeah I would like to land some big names on the Dline. If we have a great group on the Oline and Dline u will win most games. The good thing is we have a Top talent freshmen this year in Tillery. This guy is a beast.

Man I am so fired up about this year. I called that we would have a great team this year 1 1/2 ago. lets hope its true. Im just afraid to buy into the hype because most of the time its wrong.

It's all going to come down to the QB for the offense they have enough skill and good O-Line around him. On defense they need more leaders because last year the defense fell apart when Schmidt went down. Hopefully Day and Russell can fill that role.

Not for some time, as far as I knew he was progressing and expected to be back but that was it.

My fear is that with a running QB, there is always a chance that any play is his last. With a quality backup, it's less of an issue, with a redshirt freshman and a true freshman as the only backups, every time he hits the ground, I'll be holding my breath. As for the defense, I'm giving VanGorder another shot, but we had a lot of talent to give up the points and yards we did last year. I still say I want Grace back in the middle, because I would love to see Jaylon Smith with his speed on the outside rushing the passer. I love the CB's with Cole Luke and Kivarae Russell, and the D-line. There should be no excuses this year.
