This game is a monster, took hours to load. Basically did the initial, necessary missions and had to take a break. Saw a horse actively shitting already, technology baby.

If you think that’s impressive, they actually have horse testicle physics to where in colder areas your horses balls shrink. Imagine programming that job.

Don't know if it'll work on a PS4 but with my Xbox, the disc install goes a lot faster if I don't connect to the internet. For some reason if you do an install while online, it'll stop like halfway through and look for patches (which RDR has a day 1 patch) which slows shit down a lot. Still, even doing this disconnect, it took me almost two hours to install from the discs.

Totally worth it though. I've barely done anything gamewise. I've just been riding around looking at everything.

Red Dead Redemption WAS my favorite game of all time. I am only a few hours in but this game is incredible. The amount of detail and though into this game is not only incredible, but induces chills on how in depth it is. Feels like a game that will forever change the genre of open world games.

I don't know how much it will change the genre. Rockstar is on a different level. I think this game was in development for like 8 years.
