Don't be surprised if Webb is activated from the PS. BB can't just hope that Burkhead will be able to come off the Concussion Protocol, he has to be sure. Bill just might put him on IR and bring him back Week 9.

Can he handle that kind of workload though? His final year of college the most carries he had was 16. He is more of that game breaker than a true 3-down RB.
