Yeah, a lot is outside their control, but I still won't be happy with anything short of a Super Bowl. You know the rest of the team won't be either.

Every team in the league this year has their weaknesses. After the injuries we still probably will get the bye. Take what you have and put a run together. See what happens.

I honestly think this team healthy rolls to a Super Bowl, though. If we get the two seed missing three guys that are each top three or so at their respective positions, I'd have loved to see us with those guys back. The biggest factor that may have flushed this season is the line injuries though. They've ramped up fast.

They have intelligently adjusted to what is available in roster. Can't think of many teams that could do that, without WR or TE threats. They have RBs lining up in that position. Good to see Dobson back, hopefully the other two rookies will be ready to go soon.

Especially since we lost Vereen again.

That's a week PI call on SMith. I'll take it but still

Blount with the TD the very next play

I have been asking for two weeks now, why don't they use Blount more?

To me it look more incidental then anything. He was held before that play after 5 yards but I don't think it was PI.

Yeah holding for sure PI Mehhhhhh

I love that we're running the ball.

Well that didn't last

Love having VEREEN back and Healthy!

Spoke to soon! Hopefully its nothing major

holy crap we have a pass rush how that happen and where was it last week

That rookie Chris Jones? I panning out, he seems to be gaining a better understanding of the NFL

And once again why do the Patriots abandon the run? Start 2nd half without even trying once...

Because McDaniels is an idiot and Brady is in love with himself.

Pats are getting hot at the right time, Brady is playing probably some of his best ball ever and the D has delivered in some/obviously not all crucial moments. It would be amazing to see the team make a run. If Denver loses (not likely, maybe 20% chance) and we win (50-50 chance) next week, this patched up team will have delivered way beyond expectations. Go Pats!

That's a crock-o-shite. Brady is still underthrowing guys IMO this is not even close to best ball ever.

Especially since we lost Vereen again.

They had him for 25 out of a possible 48 games since he was drafted...eventually you have to assume you can't count on him.

Wish I had an answer to that. He was brought in to be a bruiser and get tough yardage and he certainly did that last night. Now it appears with him doing that and his recent fumblitis Ridley is running with more power and aggressiveness (as i think he is trying to prove himself once again).

Spoke to soon! Hopefully its nothing major

Yup, and as soon as I typed it my head was like ugg you just jinxed it and sure enough. I forgot what they said it was though... It wasn't a hamstring though.

If you mean Vereen, I think I heard them say it was a groin injury. I don't think Amendola is 100% recovered from the one he had earlier this year.

Groin injuries are wildly variable. Vereen could be absolutely fine or he could be out for the rest of the year and there's no way to know, just have to wait and see.

I think that might have been an intentional strategy - throw low so its either a completion or incomplete. Either way, it was just about the best performance he's put together against the Ravens in 5 years.
