Is the D that good? They certainly have the ball movement and the offensive efficiency down but...its early

They have some talent. From my perspective, the Pacers did not arrive focused and assumed they could turn it on down the stretch. Pesky Raptors kept hitting their shots. Several of them were of the tough and well guarded variety. I am sure the coach was pretty happy after the game sticking his neck out the way he did.

We will see how it evolves. The Raptor do have a look of a team on the rise. So do the Pistons though.

Raps are 5-7 against the west including handing the Thunder their first home loss

Raps have outscorse their opponents in 10 of the last 12 4th quarters.

They have beaten the best team in the West and the East in the last 10 days.

Ross and JV are developing nicely. JV is a 21 year old legit 7ft centre who is avg a double double over the last 12 games.
Derozan is consistent and a legit scorer.
Lowry is a finalist for Dec player of the month

This team can ball.
