So would this hold true for some guys here.

I might not fart dragon breath or piss mesocyclone clouds, but you're kinda optimsitic when it comes to the Lions ________ (insert name here)???:noidea::noidea:

No am I not defended Muzz. He is pessimistic, not quite Debbie Downer. Just pointed out the other spectrum of rose colored glasses some wear here.

It definitely goes both ways. And I don't think muzz is a downer. Just a bit pessimistic, at times, when it comes to the Lions. Which is understandable. But, from time to time, worth noting. And yes, Raburn does suck. About as much as Spievey. Who will be playing if LouisD isn't, more than I will care to see. Ughhhh.... Sonufa..... You do have a point muzz.

1. Stafford - The world revolves around the QB.

2. Suh - If he is a force that demands double teams Fairley has a big season.

3. Burleson / Broyles - Healthy and able to make the most out of double teams CJ demands.

4. Delmas - Health, Health, Health! Big playmaker when he is on the field!

5. Bush - Needs to command a LB or saftey to stay home every play.

6. Fox/Hillyard - Who ever ends up at RT better be able to handle the position.

6b. Reif - Better be able to handle the LT spot!

7. Ansah - Hope he picks up the game quickly with so much attention teams will have to make inside he could be a force on the outside!

8. Special Teams Coach - Help, please help!

9. Slay / Bentley / Bartell - Whoever wins the starting CB position a lot will be asked of you.

10. Calvin - Just stay healthy big guy a down year for you is a career year for most!

Can not argue your points. Glad see others feel Special Teams needs improvements.

Great statement on CJ. That was my sentiment last night, just couldn't express that way drunk!

I was drunk only... I was under the assumption CJ always produces. Now on to the punter. Not sure it belonged in top ten at all. I did say #15 or so. Special teams killed us last year. That is a glaring need that does have to happen this year. It is a third of the game. Thank God Logan is gone and we have a punter that hopefully can actaully punt.

What is the drink of choice?

Is Delmas going to be healthy? I hope so, I like the Guy. But if he isn't then that's two what ifs in the Secondary alone.

Don Carey seemed to show way better than Delmas last year. Two picks against Luck is nothing to scoff at. Delmas has only had 3 in 4 seasons. Might be that much of a drop off if Delmas goes down again.

Sure you meant NOT much of a drop off. Carey did impress. To much skepticism from most fans here. Lions don't have the best track record of drafting and FA pickups. There is a lot of youth or inexpierence that will get playing time this year. It excites me to finally find out what they had in the cupboard so to say... Could see a youth movement. Will surely settle debates on these boards.

Fuller or Edwards could see early time if others on PUP

Sure I missed a couple. Be nice to finally see a post 3rd round pick stick from that group

Yeah sorry I meant not much of a drop off. I know everyone here is a Delmas fan except maybe Cleaves,Muzzer and I. The NO playoff game and then seeing him last year laughing and giggling on the sidelines just annoys me.

Delmas actually playing for his paychecks this year. Might see him play through some injuries!
