It should be noted he's gone 6 innings and has given up 4 hits through 6. This is pretty good in most everyone's line.

I do see him at the very least being a very good long relief man, and spot starter. He seems to do quite well for the first 2 times through the lineup.

And ya know, if we scored 3/4 runs you wouldn't be burying his ass in AA IMO.
Got to go along especially about scoring a few runs every now and then. The way the offense has been putting goose eggs on the board makes any pitcher look bad in the hated win/ loss column

Joe West can get the fuck over himself.

Ya know, this is the type of man baseball should strive to rid itself of instead of nurturing his bullying, punk ass horseshit.

But to say he never will figure it out is beyond stupid, all the parts he needs to figure out are things done with time not physical things

I could see him sharpening up the curve and the changeup, his fastball isn't huge but it has good movement, he just needs to figure out how to make it goes where he wants it

Once again these are all feel things and its just taking him longer than some would like

I even admit if he doesn't then yeah he's a spot/AAAA starter/long reliever but that's still > average AA starter

But what leads you to believe he'll figure out how to get through a lineup 3 times? you dont figure that out in time, it takes stuff. The way you get through a lineup a 3rd time is to make hitters see something different. When he throws 90 mph and a hitter can see it clearly on the plane that he throws it, then there isnt anything he can do... Pitchers figure out how to get through lineups again with cutters or change ups, or what have you. Its not really a light switch that turns on after X number of years.

Sure, he may develop an awesome change up or something, but i dont see any information that would lead someone to believe that is a logical certainty

Bullying is exactly what it is.

Its a well pitched game whether we score runs or not, just unfortunate for Tepesch

Didn't convey myself well there. Meant in the minds of some people.

I've seen him throw some good changeups, I think he has a good base, he just needs to throw it more and get some comfort with it, he's scared to throw it sometimes it seems

Its something he's been working on for a while actually, nobody said it was a light switch scenario, you are the one saying it will never happen though,

if you think that, that's fine, but say stupid things like he's a AA starter, you just make yourself look clueless
