tep doesnt really have the stuff to be a big league starter imo. ive said it multiple times before. Based on his stuff, he sorta comes across as an average AA starter to me.

No plus pitches (unless you consider a loopy as fuck curveball as plus) a 90 mph sinker. Have you seen our double AA rotation? 3 or 4 of the starters are better. Chi Chi, JT, Asher, are definitely better, ceiling wise.

Right but that is a far cry from you claiming he would only be a plus AA starter. MLB hitters are lot better than AA hitters, so it's natural he would struggle the third time through with actual hitters facing him.
