got dang man...keep that shit up and you will be here soon.
Were you at ST watching those first few games when Desmond played in the OF because very few of them were on TV? Did you also go to see Herrera in Myrtle Beach in 2014 where he first played in the OF?I've seen those guys pretty much from the moment they started taking flyballs, and they always have looked more natural than Profar,
Hell Napoli almost looked more natural than Profar out there,
Profar is an IFer, that's all I'm trying to say, and any attempt to put him in CF is foolish ESPECIALLY as a one year stopgap
Has a legitimate pace been set at this point?I guess we're on pace for a Cubs vs white sox World Series at this point.
No Prince and no Mitch today. With Rua at DH.
Has Alberto played 1st before? I can't remember it myself. No Prince and no Mitch today. With Rua at DH.

I agree that there is little to no chance that they would ever consider doing that with Profar, but you have made some almost ridiculous statements in refuting that possibility.
Leave Profar out of the equation for now. Just about every last player transitioning to the OF will look bad at first. No player should be judged on his first few times out there.
Bringing Profar back into the conversation the legitimate question is whether it would be good for the team and not if he could do it based on his first 8 chances out there. Very good arguments could be made that it would not be good for the team. Pointing to his first 8 chances is certainly not one of them.
