Passan says the Rangers will pay 15MM of his remaining salary....Not worth it.

I know one thing. It would be fucking hilarious if Josh came back here and raked like he used to. I doubt that happens because I just don't think he cares about baseball, but it would be funny after not doing shit for the Angels.

If he does not come back a man possessed he never will.

I'm not even sure it's about a man being possessed or not. I just don't think he has much of anything left in the tank. I think what we got out of him from 08-12 it was amazing but beyond that I happen to think he's probably completely going on an empty tank.

You gotta be kidding me with this fucking bullshit right now?

15 million for that headache/head case is 17 million too much! WTF?

Given the bargaining position of the Angels, no it is not.

Eh...I wanted rid of Choo, but once that was out I cannot hate that Texas is making Anaheim pay 65 million for a broken player.

As of this morning they were paying 83 million for him. Texas is saving Anaheim 15 million on a broken player.

Better wait for the details. May not seem so bad as it appears

In that case all our Ofers are broken. How much are we paying for some of them? One in particular.

We still don't know the deal, so this is all premature anyway.

FYI, the "broken player" label isn't mine.
Wasting isn't wrong though...Texas has some shit on this roster. Hamilton will fit right in. Texas already has two of the most untradeable players in baseball...
