5 run lead and can't hold it.

Just doesn't have major league stuff.
So how do we see that but the Rangers staff throws him out there every year. I would rather let the next guy in line get his opportunity
And here's Nick Martinez.

Right now Mendez is probably next in line. But he is still not ready for the majors. So how do we see that but the Rangers staff throws him out there every year. I would rather let the next guy in line get his opportunity
I like TAG's explanation. He said Nick has to put it all behind him and go out and pitch well enough to give the team a chance to win. If we score 5, technically that should be enough. Now, Banny could have pulled him sooner.I use to frequent the dog track in W Memphis Ark and I could hear the "here comes the rabbit" with this one. ha ha
In fairness to us/Nick. You're right. However, he's at best a #5 starter b/c the normal #5 starter got killed in a hunting accident over the weekend.....If we score 5 in the 1st inning, SURELY we can get 2/3 more over the next 8 right?
be fair they will probably be our #2 and #3 next seasonNick Martinez and Martin Perez suck farts out of men's asses

I was wondering to myself who "really and truly would be next up" in this case.
I don't think there exists a rotation Nick Martinez would be a #2 in. I don't even know if he would be on the White Sox, and they probably have the worst rotation I've seen in quite some time. I'd probably go with Derrek Holland over him.
There's no doubt in my mind who I would rather be on the hill between Derek and Nick. I've seen them both at he top of their game and it's Holland, without question.

unless the Rangers are extremely active in free agency both of these rejects will be intregal parts of our rotation next season just behind Hamels with probably Griffin and whatever medical reject the Rangers chose to sign filling 4 and 5
Our "line" has been decimated by trades, bad drafting, and an inability to develop pitchers properly. So how do we see that but the Rangers staff throws him out there every year. I would rather let the next guy in line get his opportunity
