i was half joking earlier when i said put Garcia on outright waivers but after watching the little league plays in the bottom of the 6th i would do it right now in the middle of the game. and i would tell Pederson and Semien they're next

Garcia continues to fail with runners on. He is not apart of the teams future so why not.

there is no one they could bring in to replace one or both that is going to turn this team around. first Garcia goes and then either Pederson or Semien even if we have to 50-70% of their salaries

Atleast we went into Chicago last year and swept them. This team lacks something more than just not being able to hit so well

it comes down to the players and we need to clean house. i can count on 1 hand the ones we need to keep. out of the 13 position players on the active roster 7 or 8 need to be collecting unemployment, and out of the 13 pitchers exactly 8 need to go and that's the bullpen

Yes and then we can get younger as well as with guys who can produce or have upside.

and their lack of hitting etc is starting to affect the young guys like Smith, Langford etc.

Tje front office probably thinks since Seager is less than a week away and Carter is just over a week away, that we will be better then. I am not buying that, myself. For one thing, someone else could be hurt by then.

I don't think Bochy is a lock to last the rest of the year. He probably retires at the end of this disappointing season, anyway. Might as well let him go a little early. They can hire an interim guy and then look for a manager after this season.

The Frisco manager is well thought of, I believe.

Seager will not fix this team.

1 will not fix the other 8. get rid of Garcia first. and then sit Semien and put Foscue and Smith at 2nd when Seager returns. promote Osuna to the 40 and the 26 and put him in right

but as long as the team has Semien, Garcia and Pederson dragging the team down they wouldn't do any better and it wouldn't take long before we're complaining about them

Excellent point the bad hiting is contagious. Garcia hits a meaningless hr in the 8th. Where was that in the top of the 5th with 2 men on
