Teodo pitched again tonight for the first time after his DL stay. He pitched in the ACL.

Put him on waivers and see if anyone will claim him.

so put him on outright waivers owning him $72M+ and think another team will pick him up. and if they don't, then he has the option to walk away from that $72M+ or accept the send down and keep the $72M. guess i'm different but i keep the 72M.

or you let other teams know that he's up for trade and you will eat up to 40+% of his contract plus throw in mid-level prospect and see where it goes. losing maybe 30M stretched over the last 3+ years of that contract means you as a team saves 42M instead of the whole 72

not much is going to happen over the next few weeks except Higashioka comes off the IL which means we probably send Barnhart down and he will opt out thinking another team will pick him up.

(2) Rocker comes off the IL around the 20th of May. that gives us 6 starters so we either go with that or send someone like Leiter down to AAA or put Corbin on outright waivers or the trading block. Corbin is getting around a Million on his contract so some team might give us a low-level prospect for him.

(3) Burger will probably be brought back up by the end of May which means Crim goes back to AAA

and then the possibilities open up
