What is really left to trade prospect wise to get the bat we really need?

That has always been my fear. An either / or situation. There's players on this team i wouldn't mind trading, though.

Exactly. I'm also not afraid of losing talent for prospects anyway. Cause we always find replacements in 1-2 years

also keeps Garza away from teams like Boston, NYY, Balmer, Detroit and Oak. Not saying all these had enough to get him but sure like it that he is no longer available to them.

I agree with several others that this trade is not too great for a rental but I have faith that JD has an angle here that we do not yet see.

I know JD has done a great job with this. Plus he is getting some nice talent from the Dominican Republic.
