On a personal note:

My son turned 6 this week and will play coach pitch baseball this year, after 2 seasons of tball. I have taken him to the indoor facilities here several days a week this summer and he's doing well. Today he talks me into getting in the batting cage and i set it at 80mph, mind you its been about a year since I have swung the hardball bat. I hit 50 pitches and I strained the hell out of my forearm. OUCH! Looks like it will be ice for the rest of the night
